Site Specific: House Within a Few Lines

Fala Atelier - Porto, Portugal, 2022

FA The geometry of a narrow house is settled within a few lines. The main space unfolds between two surfaces, a turquoise carpet of ceramic tiles and the light green tent of a vigorous ceiling, all concealed by a thin metal roof. The opening of the back facade is accompanied by a beam, a free standing column and a bright yellow shutter. The concise volume is a disguise for a complex spectacle of its interior spaces.
